Job summary

TapTalent is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovative product team in Mazowieckie, Poland. You will translate requirements into practical 3D models and drawings using CAD tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.

You will perform analyses, participate in design reviews, and help optimize products for performance and cost, while adhering to industry standards and your attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
• Familiarity with simulation/analysis tools (FEA, CFD) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
