Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Mechanical CAD Engineer in Warsaw to create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and product documentation for aerospace, defense, and industrial projects.

You will develop 3D parts and assemblies, prepare 2D drawings and BOMs, and review designs for manufacturability while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and design teams. Proficiency with NX/ Creo/CATIA/SolidWorks and GD&T is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanical CAD design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on with NX, Creo, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
• Strong engineering drawings with GD&T knowledge.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Prepare 2D engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Review designs for manufacturability and assembly.
• Support engineering changes and product improvements.
• Work with manufacturing, quality, and other design teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical CAD design.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
• Practical experience with Siemens NX, Creo, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Teamcenter, Windchill, or another PLM system.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision mechanical design.
• Basic knowledge of FEA.
