Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated in Poland is seeking a Junior Materials Management Specialist to support timely availability and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies for maintenance and repair operations. You will work with supply chain, warehouse, and repair teams to monitor inventory levels and deliveries, helping to identify and resolve issues in an international environment.

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop knowledge of materials

Qualifications

• Education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, or related field is an advantage.
• Relevant work experience considered; open to early-career candidates.
• Good organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with internal teams and communicate effectively.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop in Materials Management / Supply Chain.
• Basic knowledge of inventory or supply chain processes is an advantage.
• Good business English skills, both written and spoken.
• Hybrid work capability with 4 days per week from the Repair Center in Nadarzyn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material availability and inventory levels to meet operational needs.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Prepare and handle excess and obsolete materials.
• Schedule and coordinate material and manufacturing-related activities.
• Support implementation and monitoring of material and production schedules.
• Track material receipts and disbursements and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve material availability and delivery issues.
• Prepare basic reports and analyses related to materials and inventory.
• Prepare materials-related data for budgeting and planning activities.
• Develop knowledge of materials management processes and supply chain best practices.
