Job summary

Adient plc in Poland is seeking a Materials and Logistics professional to optimize demand, planning, and on-time delivery across our production network. You will collaborate with engineering and production to translate customer orders into actionable plans and ensure inventory is aligned with weekly targets.

The role requires a university degree in logistics or related fields, strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving manufacturing

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, economics, or related field.
• Experience with materials planning, production planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer demand and plan materials and production to meet orders.
• Prepare delivery plans and ensure on-time delivery per requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers; manage material stock and releases.
• Support change management and inventory control, weekly planning.
