Lyten Poland is expanding its BESS manufacturing capabilities and seeks a Material Flow and Packaging Engineer to design, develop, and optimize material flow and packaging for incoming materials and finished products.

You will collaborate with warehouse, production, engineering, and supply chain teams to implement best-practice processes, improve packaging standards, and support sustainable logistics.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in packaging engineering or related field.
• Background in manufacturing environments (electrical, mechanical, energy storage preferred).
• Knowledge of packaging materials, design principles, and transport requirements.
• Ability to create technical drawings (CAD experience preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Design material flow and packaging solutions for components and finished products.
• Create material flow and packaging specifications, drawings, and documentation for internal teams and suppliers.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to define optimal handling, storage, and material-flow processes.
• Evaluate packaging performance, durability, and compliance with safety and transport regulations.
• Work with suppliers to source or develop packaging materials that meet quality and cost targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across packaging, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate packaging data and standards within ERP/documentation systems.
• Conduct trials, testing, and validation of new packaging concepts.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve ergonomics, and enhance sustainability.
