Job summary

Valeo Skawina is seeking a Material Planning/Production Control Manager to lead procurement and scheduling at the site. You will drive SIOP and MPS processes, ensure realistic production plans, and optimize capacity and inventory while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires SAP proficiency, 3+ years in planning or logistics, and strong English/Polish communication. The position offers a path in a major automotive supplier with international exposure and remote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Material Planning or Production Control.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and logistics/planning systems.
• Excellent command of English and Polish.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Procurement and Scheduling teams for the Skawina site.
• Define team objectives and KPIs and monitor achievement.
• Coordinate site SIOP and MPS processes; lead monthly SIOP and weekly MPS meetings.
• Ensure realistic production plans and effective capacity/workload management.
• Identify and manage bottlenecks related to capacity, components, and suppliers.
• Coordinate actions with suppliers, production, logistics and purchasing teams.
• Manage demand for serial components and supplier forecasts.
• Ensure accurate SAP data for material planning and supplier requirements.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and drive improvements.
• Manage and optimize component inventory levels and reduce stock.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound transport with Logistics and External Flow.
• Handle logistics issues with suppliers and external partners.
