Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to resolve delivery discrepancies, issue material call-offs, and monitor supplier performance. You will collaborate with OpCo and central planning teams, track material availability, and contribute to S&OP/ S&OE analytics and risk assessments.

The role requires a university degree, 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Work experience: 0-2 years.
Experience in supply chain management and transformation.
Demonstrated experience working for a multinational organization.
Experience in OpCo supply chain.
Very good English level, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Resolving discrepancies or issues related to material deliveries by following escalation flows.
Issuing material call-offs to suppliers based on production schedules, material plans, and inventory requirements.
Monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinating and collaborating with OpCo stakeholders, Central Planning stakeholders, and procurement.
Tracking brewery material availability and supplier OTIF.
Contributing to S&OP and S&OE meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities.
