Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive value delivery and operational excellence in contract management of raw and packaging materials across Europe. You will lead supplier performance, secure supply, and coordinate savings initiatives with HGP category managers, engaging stakeholders across OpCos and shared services.

We expect 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance, with a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• University Masters Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Experience in working for a big, international company, preferably Consumer Goods or Shared Services.
• Experience in Change Management transitions in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management and ensure supply security for all contracted raw and packaging materials across Europe.
• Support collaboration with HGP category managers and translate global strategy for OpCo execution.
• Lead at least one additional savings project within the OpCo scope, coordinating stakeholders.
• Deliver the project from design to realization.
