Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to resolve delivery discrepancies, issue material call-offs, and monitor supplier performance. You will collaborate with OpCo and central planning teams, track material availability, and contribute to S&OP/ S&OE analytics and risk assessments.

The role requires a university degree, 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Work experience: 0-2 years.
• Experience in supply chain management and transformation.
• Demonstrated experience working for a multinational organization.
• Experience in OpCo supply chain.
• Very good English level, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Resolving discrepancies or issues related to material deliveries by following escalation flows.
• Issuing material call-offs to suppliers based on production schedules, material plans, and inventory requirements.
• Monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinating and collaborating with OpCo stakeholders, Central Planning stakeholders, and procurement.
• Tracking brewery material availability and supplier OTIF.
• Contributing to S&OP and S&OE meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities.
