Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead a team coordinating material call-offs across Europe. The role focuses on delivering on-time material deliveries and driving improvements in supplier performance within a multinational setting.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional collaboration with OpCo, Central Planning, and procurement, contributing to S&OP and S&OE discussions with analytics, scenarios and risk

Qualifications

• University degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5-7 years work experience in supply chain management and transformation.
• Experience in a multinational organization.
• Experience in OpCo supply chain.
• Very good English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing team of 8-10 material call-off for raw and packaging materials across Europe.
• Resolving escalations related to material deliveries and supplier issues.
• Monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and lead improvement projects.
• Coordinating with OpCo stakeholders, Central Planning stakeholders, and procurement.
• Building and standardizing call-off capability; benchmarking best practices across markets.
• Contributing to S&OP and S&OE meetings with analytics, scenarios, risks and opportunities.
