Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Production Planner with 1–3 years in Production Planning, Logistics or Supply Chain to join our growing team at Heineken Business Services Poland. You will work with SAP or another MRP system, handle material planning, ordering or call-off execution, and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

You must be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to S&OP meetings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or another MRP system.
• Hands-on experience in Material Planning, Ordering or Call-Off Execution.
• Direct experience in supplier communication regarding deliveries or order fulfilment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and handle daily operational activities efficiently.
• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
• University degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Issuing PO material call-offs to suppliers based on production schedules, material plans and inventory requirements.
• Resolving discrepancies related to material deliveries by following escalation flows.
• Monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Cooperating with OpCo stakeholders, Central Planning stakeholders and Procurement.
• Tracking brewery material availability and supplier OTIF.
• Contributing to S&OP and S&OE meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Would Include:
