Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler in Poland to develop and maintain detailed production schedules ensuring on-time delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and adjust plans to reflect delays and changing requirements.

The role requires strong ERP proficiency, bilingual English and Polish, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. An APICS course is a plus, with a total rewards package and international team opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in using ERP systems.
Develop and maintain production schedules that support efficient manufacturing and on-time product delivery.
English and Polish skills required. Nice to have: APICS courses in inventory management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules meeting operational requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather scheduling information.
Monitor performance against schedule and update plans for changes or delays.
Analyze scheduling data and prepare reports for management decisions.
Support allocation of labor, materials, and resources to optimize productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturing to maintain stock levels.
Identify scheduling conflicts and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
