Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Poland is seeking a Scheduler to oversee scheduling in shipping and receiving. You will order materials, expedite orders, release jobs, and manage inventory while developing the shop schedule.

This developmental role aims to grow with shop supervision and management responsibilities. The ideal candidate has at least one year in scheduling/production planning, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of scheduling/production planning experience.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with analytical problem solving.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment with deadlines.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to support the team as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize production schedules based on department criteria.
• Monitor schedules to proactively resolve issues.
• Participate in scheduling discussions to align with capacity needs.
• Collaborate with scheduling team to address issues.
• Be main point of contact for production team and communicate commitments.
• Support departments with L4 Board participation.
• Work with EPICS and EPICOR ERP systems.
• Review MRP inventory and create replenishment orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
