Job summary

Woodward Poland is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed production schedules that ensure on‑time manufacturing and delivery. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and align plans with the master schedule.

The role requires strong ERP and scheduling software skills, English and Polish proficiency, and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements in production efficiency and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and scheduling software.
• Fluent in English and Polish, with ability to communicate across teams.
• Ability to collect data, analyze schedules and improve processes.

Job description

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that meet operational requirements and support the timely manufacturing and delivery of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect the information needed for accurate and effective scheduling. Monitor production performance against the schedule and update plans to reflect changes, delays, and operational requirements. Analyze scheduling data and prepare reports to support management decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Support the allocation of labor, materials, and other resources to optimize productivity and meet production schedules. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturing teams to maintain schedules that support optimal stock levels. Identify scheduling conflicts and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions to production workflows.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in using ERP systems Develop and maintain production schedules that support efficient manufacturing and on-time product delivery. Align and recommend master production schedules with the overall supply plan. Allocate labor, materials, and other resources effectively to optimize production processes. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate scheduling decisions with manufacturing requirements. Use data analysis tools to interpret scheduling information and identify opportunities for improvement. Work proficiently with scheduling software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a clear understanding of production schedules. Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and records with strong attention to detail. Prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and support smooth production workflows. English and Polish skills required. Nice to have: APICS - courses in the field of inventory management.
