Job summary

Pandora in Warsaw is seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Intern to support enterprise-wide data operations, governance, and process optimization. You will collaborate with data professionals to ensure data quality across SAP and Microsoft Dynamics environments and gain hands-on experience in master data management.

Role requires 40 hours per week, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong English and Polish skills, with exposure to ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 40h/week availability.
• Currently pursuing a career in data-related fields such as data administration or maintenance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel is a strong asset.
• English and Polish proficiency in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Data setups in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
• Perform integrity checks on master data requests for high quality data.
• Ensure requests have supporting documentation and comply with internal procedures before system entry.
• Contribute to updating internal documentation and data cleansing activities.
