Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), part of Arrow Electronics, seeks a Technical MDM Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of its MDM platform, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and system efficiency.

The role involves maintaining data in Informatica MDM, performing quality checks, resolving inconsistencies, and collaborating with IT and business teams in a cross-functional, global environment. This is a full-time position in a hybrid work setup based in Gdansk, Poland.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in MDM, data management, or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage data within Informatica MDM.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.
• Investigate missing or incorrect data fields and implement fixes.
• Configure and support data rules (e.g., mandatory tax/VAT fields).
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on data issues and enhancements.
• Support reporting, monitoring, and dashboarding of data quality.
