Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst to support its global MDM program by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, business-relevant data. The role focuses on gathering requirements, understanding data needs, and enforcing business rules across customer, vendor, and product data.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business analysis, data analysis, or MDM.
• Knowledge of Informatica MDM.
• Strong stakeholder communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable working in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for master data
• Work with users to understand data needs and use cases
• Ensure customer, vendor, and product data meets business rules (e.g., VAT/tax completeness)
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate fixes with IT/MDM teams
• Support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights
• Act as the bridge between business functions within Arrow (ECS & Components) and technical teams

Summary

Arrow is seeking a Business-Oriented MDM Analyst to support its global Master Data Management program by working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, business-relevant data.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for master data
• Work with users to understand data needs and use cases
• Ensure customer, vendor, and product data meets business rules (e.g., VAT/tax completeness)
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate fixes with IT/MDM teams
• Support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights

Profile
