Addepto, part of the KMS Technology group, is growing its presence across Europe and is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead visibility and demand generation in European markets. You will join the Poland-based inbound marketing team and own events, campaigns, and AI-focused inbound initiatives while collaborating with teams in the US and Vietnam.

We’re open to candidates at both mid and senior levels, depending on experience.

Addepto, part of the KMS Technology group, is growing its presence across Europe — and we're looking for a Marketing Specialist to help lead that growth. You’ll join our Inbound Marketing team in Poland, which owns inbound marketing for KMS Technology globally, and take ownership of building our visibility and demand generation across European markets. We’re open to candidates at both Mid and Senior levels, depending on their experience and level of expertise.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at an exciting moment: Addepto is in the process of integrating with KMS Technology, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape how the combined organization shows up in Europe from the ground up. You'll work closely with colleagues in the US and Vietnam — the US team in particular brings deep expertise in event strategy and campaign execution, giving you a real opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners while building out the European playbook.

Your main responsibilities:

• Event coordination (Europe) You’ll plan and coordinate Addepto/KMS's presence at industry events, conferences, and meetups across Europe — from initial selection and logistics through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. You’ll work with the US events team to adapt proven formats to European markets and audiences.
• Campaign building (Europe) You’ll design and run marketing campaigns tailored to European audiences and markets, aligning with global campaign strategy while adapting messaging, channels, and timing to local context. You’ll partner with the US campaigns team to bring established best practices to Europe and iterate on what works locally.
• Inbound support, with a focus on AI search You’ll support the broader inbound marketing team's efforts across the funnel, with particular focus on optimizing our visibility in AI-driven search and discovery (AI Overviews, LLM-based assistants, generative search engines). This includes helping evolve our content and technical approach to stay ahead as search behavior shifts.
• Cross-team & cross-region collaboration You’ll be a core member of the Poland-based inbound marketing team, which is responsible for KMS Technology's global inbound marketing, while collaborating daily with teammates in the US and Vietnam. You’ll also play an active role in the Addepto–KMS integration, helping align marketing efforts, tools, and messaging across the newly combined organization.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Experience in marketing (at least 3-4 years), ideally with exposure to event coordination and/or campaign management
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones
• Interest in (or experience with) inbound marketing, SEO, and how AI search is changing content discovery
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A collaborative mindset - comfortable learning from and working closely with international teams (US, Vietnam)
• Based in Poland

Nice to have:

• German language skills (not required, but a plus for engaging German-speaking markets)
• Prior experience working in a B2B tech, consulting, or IT services environment
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools
