Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Marketing and Events Support professional to assist the Marketing team with day-to-day operations and event coordination across our retailer network in Warsaw. The role emphasizes data management, reporting, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have good Excel/PowerPoint skills, attention to detail, and English proficiency, with a proactive and organized approach.

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in marketing or related roles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to prepare reports and presentations.
• Experience in collecting, organizing and updating data per templates and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and systematic document management.
• Confident communication with internal stakeholders, retailers, agencies and suppliers.
• Good command of English for marketing materials and brand guidelines.
• Proactive, collaborative, and willing to take ownership.
• Experience in marketing, events or marketing communications is a plus.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Preferably 1-year experience in automotive sector, marketing or sales.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing team with day-to-day operational and organizational activities; prepare materials and reports; update data and documents; coordinate information flow; work with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and retailer network.
• Assist planning and organizing customer events across retailer network; monitor quality and brand standards.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders; develop marketing experience within an international automotive organisation.
