Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, marketing execution, or commercial operations.
• Hybrid work capability with both high-level PM and hands-on task execution.
• High autonomy, drive, and accountability; able to own projects and handle complexity.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication across marketing, hubs, and teams.
• Proven adaptability during transformation and process change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing execution projects from debrief to delivery.
• Hands-on execution of essential marketing deliverables beyond traditional PM.
• Define and harmonize processes to improve agility and speed-to-market.
• Collaborate with Hub Execution Excellence teams to hit milestones.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure effective marketing execution.
