Join us as our Marketing Director for Oncology, where your strategic vision and collaborative leadership will drive launch excellence, foster cross-functional synergy, and make a lasting impact on the healthcare ecosystem.

Purpose of the Position

In this pivotal leadership role, you will define and deliver our country-wide oncology marketing strategy across both upcoming launches and established indications. By translating global and regional strategies into highly impactful, locally compliant plans, you will navigate the complexities of the Polish healthcare system—including reimbursement pathways, hospital drug programs, and key oncology centers—to accelerate innovation, improve patient pathways, and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in cancer care.

Welcome to Our Team

You will report directly to our Business Unit Leader, and lead a dedicated team of three Marketing Leads and a Launch Excellence Business Capability Manager (BCM). We are focused on building a unified, highly collaborative organization that thrives on synergy, diverse perspectives, and shared success. Here, you will find an inclusive, supportive environment focused on continuous learning, talent development, and preparing the next generation of leaders, including potential succession into the BU Lead role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cross‑Functional Partnership: Co‑create integrated commercial plans with the National Sales Director and partner closely with Medical, Market Access, Policy, and Commercial Operations.
  • Field Alignment: Convert brand strategies into actionable, field‑ready priorities and customer narratives to enable consistent, high‑quality execution.
  • Insight‑Driven Decisions: Establish a structured feedback loop between sales and marketing to ensure customer insights and market barriers directly shape strategic choices.
  • Financial & Resource Governance: Oversee marketing investment planning, budget allocation, and forecasting to ensure disciplined resource management and strong ROI.
  • Talent & Succession Planning: Coach and develop marketing talent, building team capabilities, strengthening accountability, and establishing robust succession plans.
Your Profile
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience leading strategic marketing and managing complex portfolios within specialty care, hospital environments, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
  • People Developer: Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams, with a passion for fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

  • Change Champion: Strong change management capabilities with a track record of driving organizational alignment, agility, and collaboration.
  • Market & Access Savvy: Solid understanding of complex healthcare systems, public reimbursement pathways, or market access dynamics (experience with the Polish healthcare system is a plus).
  • Analytical & Data‑Driven: Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market data and customer insights into clear strategic choices.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required to collaborate with regional and global teams; Polish language skills are welcome but not mandatory.
