Job summary

Chemelex is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to drive regional and global marketing initiatives from its Warsaw base. The role focuses on coordinating literature, campaigns and collateral across multiple markets in collaboration with Sales and Program Management.

The successful candidate will manage diverse content, coordinate with design teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging while working with international teams.

Qualifications

• Formal marketing/communication education or proven working experience.
• 2-5 years working experience in a B2B environment in a similar role.
• Excellent English language skills, Polish a plus.
• Experience in managing regional, global campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Global brand awareness and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage all EMEAI literature and global communication for manuals, datasheets, brochures, and related materials across platforms.
• Plan and execute East European and German/Austrian/Swiss campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Lead assigned projects/products from conception to completion with Marketing and Program Management.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design Center to produce collateral and digital sales tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, and external partners.

We are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage all EMEAI literature, including coordination, implementation, updates, revisions, and global communication for technical handbooks, installation manuals, datasheets, brochures, labels, and archived materials across SharePoint, server locations, and web platforms.
• Plan, implement and follow up all East European and German/Austrian/Swiss marketing communication activities (campaigns, projects, literature creation…) in cooperation with sales and marketing with a view on the customer and eagle eye for detail.
• Manage all aspects of an assigned project/product launch, from conception to completion in cooperation and alignment with Marketing and Program Management.
• To work with the Graphic Design Center in India to create communications. collateral, for example: promotional materials like brochures, flyers, advertisements, case studies, data sheets, installation instructions, design guides, tradeshow and display materials like banners, signage, invitations, point-of-purchase displays and digital sales tools such as emails, microsites and interactive animations.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Marketing, Program Management, Sales and Application Engineers, external partners and vendor contacts (requires strong collaborative skills to work with numerous stakeholders).
• Have a passion for brand-building and watch over brand identity.
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Formal marketing / communication education or through proven working experience.
• 2-5 years working experience in a B2B environment in similar role
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills – Polish language would be considered a plus
• Experience in managing regional, global campaigns
• Excellent project management skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office software
• Good communication skills. Advocate of transparency, flexible, resilient, able to work under pressure
