Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Italian-speaking Demand Planning professional to support the Cluster Associate Manager and collaborate with CS market leaders, supply planning teams, and marketing to develop realistic forecasts.

You will work in a hybrid environment across international teams, focusing on accuracy of forecast, IBP processes, promotions, and cannibalization analysis in a dynamic consumer goods setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to work with international teams.
• Experience with supply chain planning or DP background advantageous.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support DP analyst team by sharing knowledge of historical events to inform forecasts.
• Contribute to creating realistic forecasts including promotions, distribution changes, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and DP analysts to improve forecast accuracy and market intelligence.

Position Summary

We are currently looking for an Italian speaker to report to the Cluster Associate Manager Demand Planning

Key relationships include CS market leaders, Supply planning teams, Demand Planning Analyst, Market Demand Planners, Senior Demand Planning Manager, Marketing local leaders, Key account Manager, Commercial and business Directors.

Responsibilities

• To support DP analyst team by collaborating and sharing knowledge of historical events to filter and future gains and/or cannibalization impacts.
• To be involved in creating Business Building Blocks with local Marketing & Sales departments to get to a realistic forecast:
• promotional forecast
• promotional display forecast
• information regarding distribution gains and losses
• information regarding new product launch forecast
• information regarding opportunities and risks
• information on Nielsen data and expected seasonality.
• To analyze and support a closed feedback loop with sales and marketing on market intelligence to ensure we take every opportunity to improve our Market Intelligence forecast
• To challenge Sales Team forecast about appropriate items codes and right horizon to maintain with the result of IBP and Sales team tools being updated and to collaborate with DP analysts on impacts to statistical forecast
• To collaborate with DP Analyst team in analysis of forecasts and forecast error reports to improve forecast accuracy (net error and absolute error).
• Collaborate with DP analyst team on new product set up and forecast, a common understanding on cannibalization effects, promo analysis, code switches and product allocation in case of capacity constraints
• Collaborate with DP analyst team and Sub-region Demand planners to continually review best practices of IBP and other demand planning/ forecasting tools, processes, and procedures
• To build the pack for pre-DMR and facilitate the meeting and obtain the forecast sign off from the Market Business Director and connect to DP analyst to understand impact of supply constraints
• To support DMR
• To identify Forecast issues and with the support of DP Analyst to investigate root causes of forecast errors.
• To support the implementation of the International Modern Market Roadmap for forecast improvement aligned to the priorities of your manager N+1 (senior Demand Planning Manager)
• To represent demand planning and promote its good practice and strategy within the market and with key market stakeholders

Specific Accountabilities

• Ensure that the forecast requirements for co-packing and co-packaging are up to date in IBP
• In case of lack of information from local Marketing, be able to support Customer Service by providing specific information (switches-major events such as NPD and important promotion) pro-actively, for Customer Service to support delivery to customers
• Follow up on market SLOBs process
• To support the SKU rationalization process at a market level

What we are looking for

• Working knowledge of a Supply Chain (specific DP background better)
• Fluent in English
• Strong IT skills i.e. Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• SAP-IBP / SAP knowledge desirable
• Education requirements (degree level educated)
