Job summary

Mantu in Warszawa seeks a Project Manager for Manufacturing Operations to support planning and execution of manufacturing and operational projects within a structured Project Management Office.

You will manage project plans, resources, budgets, risks, testing, validation, go-live activities, and stakeholder communication. You will work with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional or inter-site projects.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, facilities, planning, budgeting, and performance.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of small to large-scale projects, incl. scope, requirements, resources, development, testing, validation, go-live.
• Develop and maintain master project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, risks and documentation.
• Monitor performance, costs, timelines and outcomes; prepare dashboards and progress reports for PMO and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance, quality, regulatory, security requirements and methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, HR, Engineering and other functions.
• Lead change management, risk mitigation, issue escalation, reviews, and development of PM tools and best practices.
