Job summary

AutoStore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Koszalin site, overseeing Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Order Confirmation. Deputy to the General Manager, you will drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration in an international manufacturing environment.

You will build high-performing teams and implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of plant economics and how operational decisions affect financial performance, cost, inventory, cash flow, and profitability.
• Experience managing budgets and being accountable for business performance.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Logistics Engineering and Order Confirmation functions.
• Develop high-performing teams and leaders, fostering accountability, collaboration and safety.
• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the organization, optimizing processes and costs.
• Own operational performance, monitor KPIs, budgets, and drive data-based decisions.
• Partner with the General Manager as deputy, shaping site performance and long-term development.
