Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland sp. zo. o. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive Lean initiatives across production and support areas.

You will train and coach teams, lead multi-disciplinary projects, and monitor improvements with clear targets, budgets, and milestones. Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage. A university degree or current pursuit is expected, with experience in production, planning, quality, or change management.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, production planning, supply chain, quality, project management, change management, maintenance, or lean management.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive change constructively.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• University degree or currently pursuing one.

• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across production and support areas.
• Train and coach employees and managers in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.

Qualifications

• Bring experience in one or more of the following areas: Production, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Project Management, Change Management, Maintenance, or Lean Management.
• Can facilitate and align cross-functional workshops,
• Are confident leading challenging discussions and driving change in a constructive way.
• Enjoy training and supporting teams in Lean Manufacturing methods.
• Have a strong understanding of standardized methods and processes.
• Understand automotive production processes and manufacturing environments.
• Thrive in diverse and intercultural environments.
• Can motivate teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Speak fluent English (German is an advantage).
• Hold a university degree or are currently pursuing one.
