SSC, a global manufacturing leader with a base in the center of Poznań, seeks a Manufacturing Finance Controller to support month-end closings, cost analysis, and reporting for multiple European locations. The role requires SAP experience, Power BI skills, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Controlling, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or similar analytical finance role.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end closing activities for manufacturing finance processes with accurate reporting.
• Review and validate manufacturing cost transactions with high data quality.
• Perform analyses of operational and financial performance to identify key trends and variances.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders across manufacturing.

For one of our clients, SSC of a global manufacturing leader based in the center of Poznan, we are looking for Manufacturing Finance Controller

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Controlling, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English (French would be an advantage).
• Proactive approach, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement orientation.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities related to manufacturing finance processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Review and validate manufacturing cost transactions, maintaining high standards of data quality and financial accuracy.
• Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses of operational and financial performance, identifying key trends and variances.
• Contribute to the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders across the manufacturing organization.
• Assist in consolidating and reporting manufacturing performance across multiple European locations.
• Provide financial insights and analytical support to business leaders and finance teams to facilitate decision-making.
• Coordinate activities related to manufacturing assets, cost performance, and operational planning.
• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of financial information.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Participate in process optimization initiatives and support the implementation of best practices within the finance organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and documentation requirements.
