B. Braun Group in Poznań, Poland, seeks a senior Controlling leader to manage the Controlling function and guide a team of controllers.

You will support the CFO and executive management with high-quality management information, covering financial, manufacturing, and commercial controlling, plus planning and forecasting. The role emphasizes standardization, digitalization, and business partnering across Production, Sales, and Supply Chain, with extensive use of SAP, Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A or Business Finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing controlling, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Previous experience in leading or coordinating a team.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Controlling team, set priorities and ensure high quality and timely delivery of controlling activities.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes and monitor achievement of financial and operational targets.
• Analyze financial performance, including Actual vs. Target/Budget vs. Forecast vs. Previous Year, identify key variances, risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage manufacturing controlling, including analysis of production costs, standard vs. actual costs, productivity, capacity utilization and manufacturing variances.
• Analyze sales, margins and profitability by product, customer and sales channel, including price-volume-mix analysis.
• Oversee management reporting and KPI monitoring and prepare analyses and recommendations supporting the CFO and Management Board/Executive Committee.
• Perform financial evaluation of CAPEX, investment projects and business cases, including ROI, NPV and payback analysis.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner for Production, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and other business functions.
• Drive standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement of controlling and reporting processes, including the effective use of SAP, Power BI and Excel.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency and operational performance.
