1457 Opella Healthcare Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to deploy and sustain the Opella Performance System (OPS) across our manufacturing site.

You will drive Lean continuous improvement, coach teams, and align initiatives with the site’s long-term performance goals. Responsibilities include leading improvement projects, monitoring KPIs and cost performance, and delivering training on OPS principles to foster a culture of sustainable productivity and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM, RCA).
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement and cost-reduction projects with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive actions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English and a results-oriented mindset for sustainable excellence.

Mansioni

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of OPS across the site.
• Identify and implement process optimization using Lean tools.
• Define roadmaps, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and KPIs.
• Engage and motivate employees to adopt a culture of improvement.
• Support budgeting by analyzing capacity, performance, and productivity.
• Lead or participate in cost-reduction projects with Finance.
• Deliver training on OPS, manufacturing excellence, and improvement tools.
