Job summary

Devire Group is seeking an experienced Production Controller / Business Controller / FP&A professional to join an international manufacturing company. This hands-on role combines manufacturing costing, FP&A and business partnering, with a strong focus on cost optimization and automation.

Requirements include 3–5 years in manufacturing controlling, advanced Excel, Power BI and Power Query; ERP SAP experience; fluent Polish and English, with German as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing controlling.
• Strong costing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across local and regional teams.
• Comfortable with new technologies, automation, AI and systems.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and Power Query; interest in automation/AI.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing cost controlling: monitor costs, variances, and product costing.
• Order cost and profitability: analyze actual vs planned costs and margins.
• Operational business partnering: support local teams to accelerate profitability.
• SCM and procurement controlling: monitor costs, supplier performance, inventory efficiency.
• Drive reporting automation and standardization using Power BI, Power Query, and AI tools.
• Planning & performance management: budgeting, forecasting and KPIs.
