• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of Finance and Controlling, with manufacturing exposure.
• Experience in Plant Controlling, Industrial Controlling or Manufacturing Finance.
• Knowledge of standard costing, cost structures, variance analysis and FP&A.
• Budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing and management reporting experience.
• Experience in multinational/international industrial environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to challenge, influence and collaborate with leadership.
• Experience with SAP, SAP CO; familiarity with HFM is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to take ownership of financial performance and act as a strategic business partner to plant leadership within an international manufacturing environment.

This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who combines strong manufacturing controlling expertise, commercial acumen and the ability to influence operational decisions.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Controlling, with significant exposure to manufacturing operations.

• Proven experience in Plant Controlling, Industrial Controlling, Manufacturing Finance or Operations Finance.

• Strong knowledge of standard costing, manufacturing cost structures, variance analysis and financial planning.

• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing and management reporting.

• Experience within a multinational or international industrial environment.

• Strong analytical capabilities, business acumen and a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to challenge, influence and collaborate effectively with operational and senior leadership teams.

• Experience with SAP, particularly SAP CO; familiarity with HFM is an advantage.

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
