  • Engineering or technical degree is required.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Experience managing plant operations and complex sales structures.
  • Familiar with multi‑channel sales models (B2B, distributors, direct, e‑commerce).
  • Strong financial acumen and profitability management.
  • Demonstrated change management and transformation capabilities.
  • Analytical, data‑driven decision making across international teams.
  • Experience in international, matrix organizations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Job Description
  • Define and execute the country business strategy across commercial and industrial operations

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience as Managing Director, CEO, Country Manager, or General Manager within a manufacturing or industrial environment - built environment is preferable
  • Strong track record of leading business turnaround, transformation, or growth projects
  • Engineering or other technical degree required
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and logistics management
  • Experience managing plant operations and complex sales structures
  • Knowledge of multi‑channel sales models, including B2B, distribution, direct sales, and e‑commerce
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability
  • Demonstrated change management and organizational transformation capabilities
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
  • Experience working within international and matrix organizations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Stable career history with evidence of long‑term commitment and progression
  • Fluent English and Polish
