Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking a People Manager in SAFe Agile Release Train to nurture talent, build high-performing teams, and foster a world-class working environment.

You will lead cross-competence professionals across 2-3 agile teams, oversee recruiting, performance management and development plans, and collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to guide growth. English and Polish fluency is required; 1 year of people-management experience; SAFe knowledge preferred.

Full responsibility for the personal and professional development of cross-competence professionals in 2-3 agile teams, including recruiting & hiring, performance management, and fostering a growth mindset. Your teams will be working with the development of a medical mobile app, which is part of the Oticon hearing aid solution.

• you have 3+ years hands-on experience as a member of agile development team or you worked as a manager in a truly agile environment.
• you have experience in driving change within an organization.
• you have curious approach and problem-solving skills, are able to challenge existing practices, draw accurate conclusions from available inputs, analyze & present solution variants with recommendations.
• you are familiar with SAFe framework.
• you have experience in medical software or other regulated industries.
