Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking a People Manager to lead 2-3 agile teams within a SAFe Release Train, focusing on talent development and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll hire, coach, and manage performance, driving growth and high performance in a medical software context.

The role involves nurturing cross-competence professionals, building a strong working environment, and collaborating with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to align growth with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a people manager with at least 1 year in team leadership.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with strong mentoring skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish with ability to coach across cultures.
• Familiarity with SAFe framework and agile environments.

We are looking for a People Manager in SAFe Agile Release Train focused on nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a challenging position where you use your leadership skills to bring out the best in people, build high performing teams, support them in reaching their goals, and help shape a world-class working environment. Full responsibility for the personal and professional development of cross-competence professionals in 2-3 agile teams, including recruiting & hiring, performance management, and fostering a growth mindset. Your teams will be working with the development of a medical mobile app, which is part of the Oticon hearing aid solution.

• you are familiar with SAFe framework.
• you have experience in medical software or other regulated industries.
