Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, seeks a Manager of Business Logic Engineering in Kraków to lead a global team within Enterprise Engineering. You will drive engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, and peer reviews while enabling Agile and CD pipelines.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong SDLC governance, and familiarity with regulated environments (GxP/CSV, SOX) and enterprise toolchains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, SDLC governance, traceability and audit-ready delivery.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP/CSV, SOX) and using enterprise toolchains.

Manager, Business Logic Engineering reports to the Sr. Director, Software Engineering & Build Services and leads a global team within Enterprise Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of business logic engineers delivering business logic solutions, enhancements, and platform extensions while driving engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, and peer reviews.
• Enable Agile and CI/CD delivery practices, ensuring quality gates, traceability, version control, documentation, and audit‑ready SDLC compliance.
• Partner with Architecture, Analysis & Design, Release Management, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, supportable solutions and ensure deployment readiness and operational stability.
• Ensure engineering solutions remain maintainable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards and operational requirements.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices, including Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, SDLC governance, traceability, and audit‑ready delivery.
• Experience working in regulated environments (GxP/CSV, SOX) and using enterprise development toolchains, source control, and change management processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering customizations and extensions on vendor‑supported enterprise platforms.
• Experience with engineering quality metrics and test automation strategies.
