Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, seeks a Manager, Software Engineering in Kraków, Poland to lead a team delivering enterprise software solutions for life sciences.

You will drive Agile/CI/CD practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Architecture, Release Management, and Operations to deliver scalable, audit-ready systems. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices, including Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, SDLC governance, traceability, and audit-ready delivery.
• Experience working in regulated environments (GxP/CSV, SOX) and using enterprise development toolchains, source control, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of business logic engineers delivering business logic solutions, enhancements, and platform extensions while driving engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, and peer reviews.
• Enable Agile and CI/CD delivery practices, ensuring quality gates, traceability, version control, documentation, and audit-ready SDLC compliance.
• Partner with Architecture, Analysis & Design, Release Management, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, supportable solutions and ensure deployment readiness and operational stability.
• Ensure engineering solutions remain maintainable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards and operational requirements.
