Mastercard Europe seeks a Manager, Acceptance Key Verticals Enablement to drive adoption of carded solutions across telecom, utilities, education, government, and rent verticals. You will lead regional GTM and collaborate with regional Merchant and Acceptance teams and cross-functional partners worldwide to expand Mastercard capabilities.

• Extensive experience in Acceptance ecosystem and key verticals (telecom, rent, education).
• Proven track record launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Mastercard’s carded Acceptance strategy to drive adoption of Mastercard solutions and grow share of spend in the Key Verticals segment
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets and customer needs
• Develop and execute the regional GoToMarket strategy aligned with company objectives
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure objectives are met
• Drive innovation by identifying trends and customer needs to inform product enhancements
• Establish and share ownership of the product sales pipeline with Acceptance Enablement Team
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal product teams and market teams to keep stakeholders informed
• Provide ecosystem subject matter expertise, identifying product opportunities
• Shape executive and customer narratives with analytic support and value proposition
• Support customer workshops and programs to support sales enablement
• Define KPIs and track product performance and sales metrics
