Job summary

Mastercard Europe is seeking a Product Manager for Identity Solutions to drive commercialisation and scale across markets in Europe. You’ll translate market needs into compelling propositions that span credential issuance, verification, and interoperability within the EU Digital Identity Wallet ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate with sales, customer success, and engineering to ensure go-to-market readiness, pricing, and partnerships that create sustainable, differentiated offerings for identity

Qualifications

• Experience commercialising and scaling identity services.
• Experience building and scaling eco-systems.
• Background in product management and digital identity.
• Familiarity with identity verification, wallets, trust frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define the go-to-market and commercial strategy in Europe, including market prioritization, customer segments, use cases, pricing, and success metrics.
• Identify target customers, buying centres, and customer pain points across consumer and business identity scenarios, and define value propositions that help customer facing teams position the services effectively.
• Develop the business model for a commercially viable service
• Identify and assess potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships
• Lead the communications plan and its delivery
• Contribute to thought leadership and ecosystem positioning ensuring market narrative aligns with customer needs, regulatory developments, and the broader digital identity ecosystem
• Collaborate with regional sales and account teams to support customer engagements, pilots, commercialization activities, and market enablement.
