Job description

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end governance and execution of complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate across multiple project workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Prepare high-quality executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership, including CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Maintain program dashboards, financial tracking, resource planning, and progress reporting using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and governance forums, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and action items.
  • Identify program risks, issues, and interdependencies, proactively driving resolution with project teams and leadership.
  • Support program planning, roadmap development, and milestone tracking across the transformation lifecycle.
  • Ensure consistent reporting, documentation, and communication across stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Atleast 5+ years of similar experience in Complex Project Management
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or strategic initiatives.
  • Strong consulting background (experience with consulting firms or strategic advisory roles preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders including CXO-level leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (data analysis, dashboards, executive presentations).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in program governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in large enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with PMO frameworks, program governance models, and portfolio management tools.
  • Ability to translate complex program data into clear executive insights.
  • English – advanced level
