Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Logistics Technology professional at its Sieroniowice site in Poland. You will coordinate with external service providers, maintain and repair complex logistics systems, and troubleshoot independently to ensure high system availability.

The role values teamwork, reliability, and a solution‑oriented mindset, with SAP or comparable ERP experience considered advantageous and Polish language proficiency at level B2 or higher.

• High School Diploma.
• Previous experience in a similar position.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with external service providers in the event of faults in a highly complex logistics system.
• Maintenance and repair of complex logistics systems.
• Independent troubleshooting.
• Independent maintenance of equipment.
• Ensuring high system availability.
• Support in optimizations and implementation of new technologies in the area of Logistics Technology.
• Failure analysis.
• Compliance with the requirements of the management manual.
• Implementation of a continuous improvement process within own area.

Your Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and an independent work style.
• A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of quality.
• Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
