Schaeffler is a global technology company expanding its Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) digitalization in Poland. The role focuses on integrating IT systems, driving digital transformation, and delivering innovative IT solutions for the VLS division at the new Central Logistics Center in Sieroniowice.

Key responsibilities include collaborating on innovations, providing technical consulting, and delivering end-to-end IT system design and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must have completed education in information technology.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 is essential.
• German language knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on innovation and future topics within Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS).
• Drive digital transformation in VLS.
• Integrate global software and infrastructure solutions for VLS; provide technical consulting for internal departments.
• Design, implement and monitor IT systems; document solution architectures including interfaces.
• Provide professional third-level support and assist second-level support.
• Collaborate with other IT and digitalization areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Creative collaboration on innovation and future topics within the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) division.
• Driving digital transformation in VLS.
• Integration of global software and infrastructure solutions for the VLS divisionTechnical consulting for internal departments and other IT units in the selection, planning, and implementation of new digital systems.
• Designing, implementing and monitoring of IT systems.
• Documentation of IT solution architecture including interfaces.
• Ensuring professional third-level support as well as assisting second-level support.
• Collaboration with other IT and digitalization areas.

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed education in information technology.
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in Logistics IT or Operations IT is advantageous.
• Knowledge in supporting user end devices and media technology, and their integration into IP networks.
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2).
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
• A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
• Drive for innovation, openness to change, customer- and goal-orientation, as well as the ability to think outside the box.
• Enjoyment of new topics and challenges.
