Job summary

IONWAY is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure operational efficiency of production machines in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, diagnosing and repairing failures as they arise. You will perform planned maintenance and cooperate with the electrical team to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Technical education is required and experience in a maintenance department.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Maintaining the operational efficiency of machines and equipment in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics.

Diagnosing and repairing failures on production machines and production equipment.

Performing inspections, maintenance and planned overhauls of machines in accordance with the maintenance schedule.

Cooperating with the electrical team and other departments to ensure production continuity.

Maintaining technical documentation and reporting completed work.

Complying with health and safety regulations and internal plant procedures.

Initiating and participating in machine modification projects.

Requirements

Technical education, experience working in a similar position within a maintenance department, proficiency in reading technical drawings and documentation, ability to work with industrial automation systems, willingness to work in a shift system.
