Job summary

Umicore Battery Materials Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Reliability Engineer to optimize maintenance strategies at the Nysa site. You will lead PdM activities, review PM programs, and drive RCFA actions to enhance asset reliability.

Responsibilities include conducting RCFA, leading FMEA/RCM analyses, updating asset criticality, and collaborating with Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy teams. Fluent English is required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or plant operations.
  • Knowledge of M&R processes, regulatory requirements, and reliability tools.
  • Experience with SAP PM and reliability methodologies (RCFA, FMEA, RCM).
  • Working proficiency in English.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Practical understanding of PdM technologies (vibration, oil analysis, IR, ultrasound, MCE).
  • Experience with SAP PM and reliability methodologies (RCFA, FMEA, RCM).
  • Working proficiency in English.
