Job summary

IONWAY is seeking a technically skilled maintenance professional to ensure the reliable operation of electrical installations, HVAC, water/sewage and fire protection systems in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Requirements include technical vocational education, SEP licences (G1 up to 1kV, G2/G3 a plus), and experience with low‑voltage systems. Willingness to work shifts and take initiative is essential.

Qualifications

• Vocational or secondary education with a technical profile (electrician, electromechanic or HVAC).
• SEP licence for operation and supervision G1 min. up to 1kV (up to 20kV welcome).
• Experience in operating electrical, ventilation, cooling, water and sewage, fire protection, compressed air and technical gas installations.
• Experience in operating low-voltage systems (KD, SSWiN, CCTV, SSP).
• Ability to read technical documentation (diagrams, drawings, instructions).
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Independence and initiative in the position.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the effective functioning of technical systems and equipment (electric installations, HVAC, fire protection, water/sewage, compressed air).
• Handling daily reports concerning building technology.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults and technical problems.
• Carrying out periodic inspections and maintenance per standards.
• Cooperating with subcontractors and external service providers.

• Cooperating with subcontractors and external service providers.
