IONWAY is actively seeking a production operator to join our team in a 12-hour shift system. You will be responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting production machines in line with process requirements, ensuring quality standards, and following safety rules.

Operation, setup, and adjustment of production machines in accordance with technological process requirements.
Responsibility for performing start-up/shutdown procedures in the production process and other line checks required to ensure full compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Technical oversight of the production process and ongoing resolution of operational issues.
Responding to irregularities and acting in accordance with the escalation process.
Verification of production process parameters and operating conditions in line with requirements.
Working in compliance with IONWAY health and safety regulations – mandatory use of personal protective equipment.
Working in accordance with established TWI and 6S standards.
Willingness to work in a 3-shift / 4-team system.Execution of production tasks.Basic computer skills.
Ability to follow rules and procedures related to the production process.Willingness to participate in an onboarding program (intensive training to prepare for the role).
Good work organization, ability to work in a team, and sense of responsibility.Polish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Stability and job security through a full-time employment contract – we start with a 6-month agreement, followed by a permanent contract.

Monthly bonus (up to 10% of your monthly salary)
