Job summary

IONWAY is actively seeking a production operator to join our team in a 12-hour shift system. You will be responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting production machines in line with process requirements, ensuring quality standards, and following safety rules.

The role includes startup/shutdown procedures, addressing operational issues, and performing line checks. Polish language at least B2 is required, with onboarding and thorough training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness to participate in onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Operation, setup, and adjustment of production machines in accordance with technological process requirements.
• Start-up/shutdown procedures and line checks to ensure quality and customer requirements.
• Technical oversight of the production process and resolution of operational issues.
• Responding to irregularities and following escalation processes.
• Verify production process parameters and operating conditions.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Follow 6S standards and TWI guidelines.
