Job summary

Radiometer, part of Danaher, is seeking a Maintenance Excellence Owner to lead preventive and predictive maintenance across GMP sites in Stargard, Poland. This onsite role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and EHS to ensure peak equipment reliability.

You will shape TPM strategy, governance, and standardized maintenance programs, drive continuous improvement, and manage an enterprise CMMS/EAM with a focus on asset visibility and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial) or related field.
• 10+ years of maintenance, engineering, or operations experience in a GMP life sciences environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site or large-scale maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies, reliability engineering, and CMMS/EAM systems.
• Demonstrated success improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime in regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Shape and guide our TPM strategy, governance, and maintenance programs across sites.
• Drive standardized practices and best-practice sharing across sites.
• Lead culture of continuous improvement with TPM pillars and operator ownership.
• Improve asset availability and reduce unplanned downtime using reliability initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMP, GxP, and EHS across facilities.
