Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Operational Technology Supporter to be the go-to IT expert within production environments. You will drive incident resolution, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements that enhance operational performance and reliability on-site at our Stargard facility, Poland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or manufacturing IT experience.
• Experience supporting production or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across hardware, software, and network tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support for production-related systems and equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot technologies connected to manufacturing cells, including PLC-connected systems, Label printers and printing solutions, Industrial PCs and workstations, Production network connectivity and related infrastructure.
• Act as the primary IT escalation point for complex production issues impacting manufacturing operations.
