Radiometer in Stargard, Poland, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Maintenance Excellence Owner to lead strategy, governance and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance across GMP sites.

You will drive reliability, champion TPM pillars, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and EHS to ensure compliant, high‑quality production and continuous improvement across facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of maintenance, engineering, or operations experience in GMP life sciences.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies and reliability engineering.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead TPM strategy and governance to support manufacturing performance and regulatory needs.
• Establish and share standardized maintenance programs across sites.
• Sponsor TPM pillars and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead reliability and operational performance initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMP, GxP and EHS standards.
• Direct digital maintenance strategies and CMMS/EAM optimization.
• Develop maintenance leadership teams and coordinate with key vendors.
