Job summary

ABB in Poland is seeking a maintenance technician to service and improve production machines and automation equipment. You will diagnose electrical and control faults, program PLCs, and operate HMI/SCADA systems to keep lines running smoothly.

This role requires technical education with up to 1 kV qualifications, knowledge of automation systems, and willingness to work in two shifts. Familiarity with TPM/CMMS (SAP) is a plus, and a Category B driving license is helpful.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to program PLC controllers.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.
• Skilled in reading electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems.
• Willingness to work in two shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service production machines and automation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system failures.
• Program and configure PLC controllers.
• Operate HMI panels and SCADA systems.
• Document failures and repairs in the TPM/CMMS system.
• Develop, optimize, and implement maintenance solutions with engineering.
